    Professor, Human Dimensions, Evaluation Specialist and Project Manager
    Dr. Kelsey is an evaluation specialist focusing on large-scale projects using participatory action research methods that are culturally responsive, stakeholder-engaged, and rooted in empowerment theoretical frameworks. She is currently serving in the Global Food Systems Institute, IFAS and the Crop Transformation Center located within the Horticultural Sciences Department as an evaluation and human dimensions specialist and project manager.
