FOR DAY 1 (October 31, 2023): Dr. Babson’s talk on 10/31/2023 at 4:00 pm will occur in the Reitz Union Auditorium (located on the north or “orange” side of the Reitz Union on the 2^nd Level). Shuttles will be available to pick up and drop off attendees at the front of Fifield Hall. It takes approximately 15 min to get to the Reitz Union and an additional 10 minutes to walk to the presentation room. The first shuttle will leave as early as 3:00 pm and we will send the next shuttle when full or at 3:30 pm. Two shuttles will service the transit to the Reitz Union and the last shuttle to the Reitz Union will be at 4:00 pm (please note that you will be upwards of 25 minutes late if you wait to take this shuttle). One shuttle will depart from the Reitz at approximately 5:20 pm (~20 minutes after the conclusion of the talk) and drop off attendees in the front of Fifield Hall. There are plenty of commuter parking available at Fifield.
